Five Steps To Collaborating With Explore Industries
Beginning with an initial meeting to the launch of your project, the Five Steps process sets the foundation for success. This process also ensure the long-term development of a committed, strategic and mutually beneficial relationship.
Online Meeting
To understand the project scope, you will meet with a member of our Global Projects and Developments Team for an online meeting to discuss the opportunity.
Initial Proposal Development
If both parties find there is potential for a mutually beneficial business relationship, we will collaboratively develop an initial proposal.
Collaboration Meeting
Following the mutual interest and initial proposal, we will proceed with an in-person collaboration meeting. This session will allow us to identify and discuss key objectives, responsibilities, timing and next steps necessary to shape a comprehensive and actionable proposal.
Contract Drafting and Approval
If both parties are excited to move forward, we will formally draft a contract. This contract is designed to protect your interests and Explore Industries’ interests.
Project Launch
Once the contract is approved, we will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service – from comprehensive training to seamless logistics support – to ensure the success of your project.
